Steamboat! The practice of cooking raw food in a pot of boiling soup and the cooked food is eaten with different sauces. This one of a kind communal dining indirectly promotes fellowship among diners as it usually take a long time where diners can interact and socialise while sharing food in a joyous atmosphere. Well I just had a very enjoyable steamboat and grill experience with a bunch of friends last night!
